Who we are

BigBio is a service operated by MP Labs Ltd, a UK-registered company. By using BigBio you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Accounts

• You must be 13 or older to use BigBio.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You may only have one account. Duplicate accounts may be removed without notice.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use BigBio to:

• Post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or hateful.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.
• Distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access BigBio's systems in unauthorised ways.
• Post content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

Content ownership

You own your content. The bio blocks and profile content you write belong to you. By posting content to BigBio, you grant MP Labs Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute that content to operate the service.

You can delete your content and your account at any time from in-app settings. See our Privacy policy for how deletion works.

Liability

BigBio is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, MP Labs Ltd is not liable for:

• Loss of data, content, or access resulting from service interruptions.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Content posted by other users.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by MP Labs Ltd's negligence — UK law doesn't allow that.

Changes to these terms

We will notify you in-app before making material changes to these terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
